Navy Creates Designator for “Sub” Officers

1169 is the newest Navy Officer designator for “Sub” officers. Every male unrestricted line officer qualifies for the additional designator after a one-month fling, and it is automatically awarded to all freshly qualified male SWOs and qualified female HAC Sierra Pilots.

While any URL Officer can qualify for the new 1169 designator, it is targeted at any officer who has spent their career saying “Yes ma’am, please ma’am, I love it when you verbally and physically abuse me, ma’am” for a period of more than six months.

After training generations of weak men who are more concerned with FITREP bulletpoints than war fighting, PERS recently came out with a tax-free bonus for the new designator: $69,000 tax-free. Retention is really that bad right now. We sadly need to keep these guys. Jeffrey Epstein didn’t kill himself.
