Command Simp Officer of the Watch Added to SWO Prerequisites

Young 1160s are now required to qualify Command Simp Officer of the Watch (CSOOW) before they can board for their SWO Pin. CSOOW is the latest new prerequisite that TYCOM has put out for self-hating, borderline-suicidal unqualified DIVOs.

Luckily, the new CSOOW requirements should be nothing that the SWO community doesn’t don’t do already. Among the line items are printing out PQSs for only the female new check-ins, covering watches for female check-ins, and offering training to female JOs while doing absolutely nothing to help the young male JOs through their pipeline.

CSOOW training will be built into the department head pipeline, taught exclusively by DHs pending separation for harassment/fraternization.
